WHAT IS GINKGO?
Ginkgo biloba, or maidenhair, is a tree native to China that has been grown for thousands of years for a variety of uses.

While its leaves and seeds are often used in traditional Chinese medicine, modern research primarily focuses on ginkgo extract, which is made from the leaves. Ginkgo supplements are associated with several health claims and uses, most of which focus on brain function and blood circulation.

WHAT IS PHOSPHATIDYL?
Phosphatidylserine is a natural substance found in brain cell membranes that is important for cognitive performance and neurogenesis. It is part of the cell structure and is the key inn maintenance of cellular function, especially in the brain. Hence is the ideal complement to Ginkgo biloba. It is a component of all cell membranes and is essential to proper cell function.

It is found in the highest concentration in the cell membrane of neural tissues. There are many human clinical studies conducted on Phosphatidylserine, including double-blind, placebo-controlled trials. Measurable effects were related to memory, attention, and learning ability.
